Light Sessions
Wednesday 6:30-7.30pm Pioneer Park/Freemasons Hall, Gawler
Something different focusing on abs butt and thighs, with a mix of other exercises thrown in like boxing, Pilates, stretching, & strengthening sessions. Suitable for a wide range of participants – from people who are just starting out to those who already have a solid fitness base.
$50 for 5 sessions in a row – $12.50 for casual
