Maintaining strength, fitness & flexibility in the whole body is essential. There is no reason that you can’t be having other treatment such as physiotherapy while
continuing with an exercise program.
I am not a doctor, so I will coordinate training & nutritional programs with your Doctor, Psychiatrist, Physiotherapist, Occupational therapist, Chiropractor, special
nutritional counsellor, & alternative medicine healthcare provider(s) to work out the best possible program combining my qualifications & skills.

Use equipment like Balance board, dura disc, swissball & BOSU to help you get back to 100% again.
