Casual Group Fitness = Casual caters for all fitness levels, shapes, sizes and ages. These are by far the most popular sessions due to the perfectly combined balance of a casual fun while challenging your body with different exercises every session.
Indoor at Facility, we also have a local park Deadmans pass we can use for Morning or Day sessions.
Outdoor using local parks around Gawler. Always meet at the location, sometimes we do go to the Facility if weather is bad.

Abs = 30min Session focusing on your abs using a range of different exercises and equipment.

Thighs, Abs, Butt = Focusing on the smaller muscles this session is great as it uses combo of Pilates techniques and other exercises / equipment to tone up the area and also develop a stronger core.

WOD = Workout of the day, high intensity functional movements, using gymnastic body weight movements to Olympic lifting. Improve endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy. 10 week program (unless called casual WOD session). Adam is a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer and Club Weightlifting/Sports Power Coach Level 1.

Strength = Learn to lift correctly and progress from the basics from press, squat right up to Olympic lifts snatch, clean & jerk. Work on mobility / flexibility so your able to perform these movements currently and safely. 10 Week program so you progress and stick to it (Unless called casual strength session). Adam is a Club Weightlifting/Sports Power Coach Level 1 and Strength & Conditioning Coach Level 1.
