 WOD 10 Week Block

Ever wondered what WOD session is? Well WOD = Workout of the Day. It comes from a CrossFit Term, that is now widely used as just a workout session.

Adam Fowler is a Strength and Conditioning Coaches. Adam is also a Weight Lifting Coach.

10 week Block on Thursday nights at 8:00pm at Facility.

Clients who have attended these sessions go on to try doing local CrossFit Comps as they learn so much and want to test their fitness.

24th Thursday next 10 week starts.

Normally you start with a strength 10 week program and progress to this program to really step up your training.
