Tuesday Workout with trainer will change to 5:00pm on Tuesday at the facility instead of 4:45.

If you think your up for it, then ask Adam to make sure. We would suggest you do a 10 week strength program first to understand the exercises.

Workout with trainer builds strength and conditioning through extremely varied and challenging workouts.  Each workout will test a different part of your functional strength or conditioning, not specializing in one particular thing, but rather with the goal of building a body that’s capable of practically anything and everything.

Exercises can be adapted to suit each individual, not everyone can do a handstand push up, so you will do normal push ups, or practice cartwheels to build up confidence.

Adam is allowing you to join his sessions, you are there to work hard, and the results will show. So far the clients who have stepped up have enjoyed them self and love the new challenge plus you actually see Adam workout and struggle, sweat, burn, hurt. So you know he goes through.

Sessions normally have 2 high intensity workouts then strength or skill work.

Casual visit $20 or $15 part of the 4 week deal.
